In person sales are accomodated through the Princeton University Box Office for performances at their location.

LOST TICKETS
Lost or stolen tickets are replaced at no charge. To request replacement tickets, call the Box Office at 609-683-5122. Replacement tickets are given for the same seats at the same concert and cannot be exchanged.

Replacement of lost tickets purchased through the Princeton University must be arranged for with the University Ticketing Box Office; please call 609.258.9220.

Princeton Pro Musica does not allow ticket returns under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend a concert you hold a ticket for, please consider donating your tickets. Your ticket donation is tax-deductible. All Tickets are Pre-Paid and Non-Refundable.

LATE SEATING
We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the performance. Late seating breaks are provided at all Princeton Pro Musica concerts. After the late seating break, additional late seating will take place during the first appropriate pause in the program. Time and duration of these breaks vary by concert.

ACCESSIBILITY
Persons requiring special assistance or accommodations are asked to contact Princeton Pro Musica two weeks in advance of an event to alert staff to any special needs. Call 609.683.5122 with any questions or requests for special assistance. Every effort will be made to accommodate special needs at any time.

EXCHANGES
Single Tickets purchased through Princeton Pro Musica may be exchanged for tickets of the same value to any Princeton Pro Musica concert within the same season by contacting the Princeton Pro Musica box office at (609) 683-5122 at least two business days prior to the performance. A $4 service fee applies to all such exchanges.

Subscribers may exchange subscription or add-on tickets for tickets of the same value to any Princeton Pro Musica concert within the same season by calling the Princeton Pro Musica office (609-683-5122) at least two business days prior to the performance.

Tickets purchased through the University Ticketing are not eligible for exchange.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of cancellation, returns and exchanges of tickets purchased through the Princeton Pro Musica Box Office will be processed upon request. All tickets purchased through the Princeton University Box Office are subject to Princeton University policies.

WILL CALL
All tickets purchased within 10 business days of a given performance are automatically held at will call.

Will Call tickets for all performances are available for pick up starting one hour before the show at the following locations:

SERVICE FEES
All single ticket transactions purchased through the Princeton Pro Musica Box Office by phone or online are subject to a $4 per ticket service fee. Exchanges of single tickets are subject to a $4 per transaction exchange fee.

All subscription purchases are subject to a $6 per package service fee.

All tickets purchased through the Princeton University Box Office are subject to applicable Princeton University Ticketing fees.

CHILDREN'S ATTENDANCE POLICY
All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket – no exceptions.

What if I want to purchase tickets when the Box Office is closed?
The Box Office (609-683-5122) is open M-F 10:00am – 3:00pm. You can purchase tickets 24/7 at www.princetonpromusica.org. Sales through the Box Office (by phone or online) close at 3:00pm the Wednesday before weekend performances.

For all performances at Princeton University venues, tickets may be purchased through the Princeton University Box Office at any time (609.258.9220 or online at University Ticketing), even after the Princeton Pro Musica Box Office has closed sales for a given performance.

Tickets are available at the door starting two hours prior to the performance unless otherwise noted.

Tickets are sold at the door for all Princeton Pro Musica performances.

Can I purchase a recording of Princeton Pro Musica concerts?
No. Princeton Pro Musica does not publish recordings of its concerts.

What time do doors open?
Doors for all Princeton Pro Musica performances typically open 30 minutes prior to the concert.
