Melissa Scott
Melissa Baggitt Scott is a retired attorney. She practiced law in New Jersey for 27 years in private practice as well as for the Office of the New Jersey State Attorney General. She served on several work-related boards such as for Enable, Inc., a non-profit providing group homes and services for disabled adults and for Rock Brook School, a school for multiply disabled children. She represented clients pro bono for Essex County Volunteer Lawyers for Justice, Legal Services of New Jersey and Central Jersey Legal Services. She served as co-coach for the Stuart School’s Mock Trial team for five years.
Melissa has been active in singing groups since high school, including her university’s women’s a cappella group as well as small local groups in the Princeton area. She is enthusiastic about the chance to support the high level of excellence and beautiful music offered to Central New Jersey by Princeton Pro Musica.
