Returning to Richardson Auditorium once again, A Feast of Carols will bring together all the sounds of the season: favorites from Handel’s Messiah and the Christmas music of Bach, classic carols in sumptuous choral-orchestral arrangement, and more! To close, we present James McCarthy’s stirring Codebreaker, an oratorio for chorus, soprano, and orchestra that depicts three scenes from the extraordinary and ultimately heartbreaking life of famed mathematician and father of computer science, Alan Turing.
